Paid time off (also known as PTO or personal time off) is compensated time away from work, provided by an employer to employees for them to use as they see fit. PTO is often measured in hours and classified for different types of absences like sickness, vacation time, and personal time. Paid time off is not the same as maternity leave, FMLA leave, furlough, unpaid leave, or any other government- or state-mandated leave.

Short-Term Disability insurance for pregnancy related conditions
Employee has access to paid leave based on Short-Term Disability benefits for pregnancy-related conditions. STD can cover the period before as well as after childbirth (e.g. bed rest for high risk pregnancy).
Lockable parents lactation room
A dedicated, lockable room available for parents wishing to breastfeed or express milk. Must not be shared as a prayer room, medical room etc.
