How is eligibility for the awards assessed?
How is eligibility for the awards assessed?

Similar to WORK180’s endorsement, an Equitable Workplace Award from our organization is a respected sign of a company’s commitment to progress — and we take this responsibility seriously.

As such, we require all entries to meet the same minimum standard as our Endorsed Employers. This is assessed by a series of short questions, and nominees will receive notification as to their eligibility via instant email.

Please Note:

  • The awards are open to Australian workplaces only.
  • Due to the need for comparable year-on-year data, new entrants this year will not be considered for the ‘Most Improved’ category.
How are winners chosen?

Entries will be reviewed using the results of our DEI assessment. Comprehensive yet simple to complete, the assessment asks a series of questions about important drivers of DEI and generates overall scores for each category. These scores will be used to benchmark your current efforts against fellow entrants within your company size category, either;

  • Small and medium-sized enterprise (Less than 250 employees)
  • Large enterprise (More than 250 employees)
