We seek applicants in Microsoft Research New England (Cambridge, MA) for full-time positions in machine learning, statistics, and related areas including natural language processing and computer vision, among others. We encourage candidates with both theoretical and applied interests to apply.

As a researcher in MSR, you will define your own research agenda, driving forward an effective program of basic, fundamental, and applied research. PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
An established research program demonstrated by journal and conference publications
Strong communication skills
