Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us guide candidates through a world-class application experience. This person will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day recruiting efforts within the parameters of our larger global recruitment strategy.
The Recruiting Coordinator will manage and support recruitment processes; respond to recruitment-related email inquiries; perform data entry, track applicant status and ensure the resume/hiring database is updated and current. This person will work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate and schedule interviews as requested. This person will support the candidate experience with travel preparations, itineraries, recommendations, etc., including greeting and hosting candidates on-site and ensuing they have a top notch candidate experience.
The Recruiting Coordinator will have a proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a high sense of urgency and build strong, productive relationships. This person has a passion for the recruiting industry and a sincere desire to expand your exposure to this field.

- You have prior hands-on experience with HR systems preferred (Workday, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
