We are a diverse team of program managers and data scientists. We offer experiences from building consumer mobile features to developer experiences to large scale distributed systems. We are data informed and hypothesis driven and measure our outcomes to prove we deliver value to customers. We partner closely with a talented and senior set of engineers, designers, and researchers. Most of our team is local to Redmond, Washington. We also work with peers in Europe & Asia. We all contribute directly to OneDrive & SharePoint.

SharePoint and OneDrive power file collaboration for Microsoft Office, OneNote, Education, Yammer, Teams, and much more. To do this at a scale and size of Microsoft 365 requiresoptimal designs and patterns. We are a looking for a Senior Program Manager to help us identifyopportunities in influencing user behaviors, changing in-productsystems, and creating more efficient architectures to reduce overhead.
As one of the largest online services in the world, you will havethe ability to learn from cloud computing experts across Microsoft as we look tooptimizeand increase revenue. You will play a unique role bridging business and engineering todeliver work acrossmultipleservices and major Microsoft client applications with a cohesive strategy and scalable vision for cost reduction and understanding return on investment.
- 5+ years of software experience, ideally with cloud platforms
- Atrack-recordof owning technical and architectural decisions for a software or hardware product
- The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers
- The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal
