Performs wine analysis, grape sampling, bottling QC checks and brix and temps during the harvest period.


    Bottling QC line checks

      Incoming packaging material inspections

        Wine analysis (chemical/enzymatic)

          Bottling wine micro plating

            Run lab standards/calibrations

              Makeup chemicals as needed for lab use

                Make copper solutions as needed for the cellar additions

                  Data entry

                  For Seasonal Sugar Sampler

                    Drive to vineyards, collect grapes

                      Process the grape samples, test the juice

                        Perform BRIX and temps in the barrel rooms

                          Collect wine samples for tastings & RS testing

                            Data entry

                              Wine analysis

                                Run lab standards/ calibrations

                                  Makeup chemicals as needed for lab use

                                    Make cooper solutions as needed for the cellar additions
