From working with the leadership team on broad engagement initiatives and community sentiment, to partnering with a variety of internal Microsoft teams and employees, this role will be focused on the end-end employee experience. In an ever changing digital and newly remote world M365 Core is committed to being a leader in how our employees work! You will serve in a pivotal role for this critical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive detailed monthly forecasting and tracking for the M365 Core employee experience
  • Serve as the M365 Core business lead in roadmapping/prioritization of the teams employee space experience
  • Drive alignment of stakeholders through excellent communications skills
  • Deeply understand our employees and business to develop actionable insights backed by data
  • Develop execution plans for new initiatives that delight and engage our employees
  • Collaborate with RE&F, Finance, CELA, and the business operations team on driving initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen, and instincts for driving growth
  • 5+ years relevant work experience: business operations, policies and procedures, space management
