Azure Hybrid is a big part of our strategy in bringing the power of Azure to every organization on the planet. Our team is building an exciting new offering to our Azure Hybrid suite and looking for a seasoned enterprise solutions architect to join us in this v1.0 effort.
You will leverage your expertise with enterprise infrastructure (virtualization, networking, identity and management systems) to develop solutions for deployment, migration and integration of this new product within large enterprises. You will also be responsible for engaging with our strategic customers, designing and delivering an enterprise grade hybrid solutions and patterns that spans across cloud and different on-prem deployments. This role will provide you with an opportunity to work across the stack, all the way from hardware, hypervisor to high level services in Azure and collaborate with teams across the organization.
You have deep understanding and experience with enterprise solutions / workloads and able to reason about infrastructure level requirements and tradeoffs. You have proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering cloud deployments for large enterprises. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to influence and partner with stakeholders in enterprises to deliver successful outcomes for them with this new product. Your structured, organized thinking and approach to project management will provide the necessary clarity and leadership across the different engineering, sales and marketing teams involved in delivery of this product.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience with cloud platforms
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
