D&I Program Manager (Leading the Future PM – L63-64 Cohorts)

The D&I Solutions Program Manager supports the implementation of differentiated development programs in partnership with key stakeholders across HR and the business. They apply best practices and deep industry knowledge to influence the deployment and sustainability of the programs. They collaborate with leadership teams, HR, and business units to prioritize needs for readiness and efficiency and influence the buy-in and adoption of the program. As well as ensuring a superior experience for program participants and their managers.

They build and own relationships with key internal partners (e.g., Learning and Development, Communications, Business Insights, Training Operations) and vendors to support the alignment and integration of the program and ensure tracking and measurement support the program goals.

They analyze a wide variety of data, identify trends and provide insights and recommendations. They manage vendor relationships including requirement processes, administration, onboarding, and relationship engagement, ensuring clarity and understanding of vendor expectations. They build and execute their own project plans and proactively recommends enhancements to the experience and solution content based on qualitative and quantitative data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages D&I program and curriculum with emphasis on pipeline development of discrete talent groups as potential candidates for mid-level leadership roles.
  • Support the implementation of the program in partnership with key stakeholders across HR and the business.
  • Identify existing informal learning materials that may be leveraged or modified to support existing needs.
  • Coordinate and manages full life cycle planning and execution for the program including participant and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partners with People Analytics team to request, gather and compile reports and analyzes trends to support success of the program.
  • Demonstrate empathy for both the employee and manager experiences.
  • Manage program budget.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement changes in the program.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, talent management, and talent to assess the effectiveness of the program and identify opportunities for new initiatives, approaches, or programs.
  • Learn from and contribute to the success of the broader GD&I team globally.

Preferred and Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 5+ years of D&I, Talent Managementand/or Organizational Development experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human resources, business, organization development, psychology, or related field

Preferred Capabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience with mature, high-impact D&I and talent functions, practices, and tools
  • Demonstrated experience translating data results into internal trends and conclusions that inform the proposal of innovative practices
  • Demonstrated experience building well-developed workforce planning practices and high potential/leadership development programs such as coaching, behavioral and evaluative feedback, and mentoring
  • Demonstrated experience serving as culture and organization change agent in a fast moving, dynamic and results-driven organization
  • Demonstrated experience with coaching and influencing leaders at all levels
  • Experience developing positive relationships and working effectively with peers and leaders across an organization
  • Proven track record of facilitating company-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communication, presentation and facilitation skills
