The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Design and Curriculum Director to develop the learning strategy for the Sales Academy program, working with business leadership team and stakeholders
  • Drive the execution, implementation and delivery of the curriculum and programs based on strategy and plan design.
  • Partner with the Academy managers to optimize learning outcome and improve curriculum based on feedback
  • Ensure our learners understand how to sell/implement Microsoft products, and demonstrate effective skills aligned to competencies
  • Strategically engage across various business groups and organizations to build customized training plans and programs ensuring the Sales Academy participants are best prepared for success
  • Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, lab
  • exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ Years experience in Learning, Development, and Instructional Design

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience conducting classroom training for technology products and services 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft products or services highly preferred 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and an understanding of various learning styles
  • Ability to travel (0-25%)
