As a Demand Generation Manager in the Revenue Marketing Department, you will own strategy, execution and performance tracking of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels.

What you’ll do:

Theater Content Creation

Collaborate with central marketing functions, your peers in EMEA and APAC, and any relevant outside vendors to deliver content that advances prospects in the Americas through the buyers’ journey. Content should be designed to be leveraged by Poly’s channel partners as well as promoted by Poly. Content creation includes close collaboration with regional marketers for CALA and Canada to coordinate further localization, as necessary.

Theater Program Execution

Align with channel marketing leads to ensure deployment of theater campaigns through the right channel partners. Work with central marketing functions (e.g. paid media, marketing automation, etc.) to advocate for use of their budgets and resources in the Americas and execute theater-specific DG programs.

Lead Funnel Reporting and Corrective Action

Build and monitor SFDC and PowerBI reports that show progress through the lead funnel all the way through revenue with our sales teams and our channel partners. Extrapolate actionable insights from digital marketing performance analytics. Monitor and report performance of all campaigns executed in the Americas with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including the creation of MQOs, SAOs and sourced revenue.

In this role, you would act as an advocate with the marketing automation team to build appropriate list segments for common programs (e.g. first touches after acquisition, post-sale nurture, etc.) and lead scoring models that reflect accurate MDT readiness.

Be able to answer questions such as:

  • Where are we seeing the biggest deviation from our target metrics and why?
  • What campaigns, campaign types, or topics produce the best results for us?
  • How can we address the issue of sales acceptance of Marketing Qualified Opportunities (MQOs)?

Database Growth

Develop programs that introduce prospects to Poly in a way that compels them to opt-in to continue their digital engagement with us.

Database Segmentation

Work with sales and marketing operations teams to segment our databases in a way that is aligned with sales objectives and allows for simple deployment of campaigns based on areas of interest and stage in the buyer’s journey.

In this role, you would act as an advocate with the marketing automation team to build appropriate list segments for common programs (e.g. first touches after acquisition, post-sale nurture, etc.) and lead scoring models that reflect accurate MDT readiness.

Nurture Program Development

Ensure the creation and maintenance of nurture programs that continue to engage prospect that have not achieved the appropriate lead score or do not pass MDT qualification. Collaborate with peers in EMEA and APAC to develop programs for audiences not served by centrally-developed programs.
