Do you want to build the next-generation of connectors that drive our BI platform and SAAS services? Our team charter is to build deep enterprise connectors that allow several azure platforms and services connect to different data sources and be able to consume the data. These connectors work in Excel, Power BI,Dataflows, Logic apps,Power Automateand PowerApps. They are deployed both to users' machines and to multitenant cloud services.We support these connectors and help improve our customers experience using them.Our users are generally BI professionals and application builders. Our connectors provide the breadth of the data sources that customers are looking for and makes our platforms a very attractive investment for customers.

We are looking for Software Engineers who are excited about data and helping users make the most of their data. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of data sources and technologies in a small but dedicated team that’s committed to our vision of a delivering solutions to customers.How we resolve customer issues quickly, efficiently and to the customer satisfaction is a key part of this job.

Responsibilities

Resolving customer issues with our connectors, looking at short term mitigations and long term product and process improvements.

Building out our connectors, enhancing features including making it easier to do the development. Building new data connectors and maintaining existing ones Troubleshooting customer issues.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

3-5 years of C#, Java or C++ coding experience.

2+ years of experience with data access technologies like OLEDB/ODBC/JDBC/Ado.Net.

BS degree in Computer Science or similar work experience.

Bonus qualifications include:

Prior product development experience.

Knowledge of SQL, ODBC, OLEDB, OData, REST.
