The mission of the 1ES (One Engineering System) organization is to enhance productivity of engineering teams by building world-class tools and systems to help ship products.

You’ll work with partner teams inside Microsoft and GitHub to build the product roadmap. You’ll create feedback systems to measure the impact of your work through quantitative telemetry analysis as well as qualitative customer feedback.

Help the large Microsoft Engineering Systems teams (e.g Windows, Office, Azure) define their requirements and plan their migration to GitHub.
Contribute to making GitHub the best DevOps tool for the Enterprise by making Microsoft the leading customer to use GitHub and sharing with the industry the best practices. You will work with Microsoft's major Engineering Systems teams such as Windows, Office and Azure, to define their requirements and experience on GitHub to ensure continued security and compliance of the software development lifecycle.
You will also work with GitHub to ensure these requirements are met and contribute to its entreprise solution excellence.
- 2+ years as part of an Engineering Systems team of a large organization
- 2+ Experience with major certification (SOC, ISO, FedRamp…) compliance and audit
- Strong Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong Experience with GitHub
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
