The Microsoft Intune team is an industry leader in providing Cloud based mobile endpoint management solutions for enterprises and educational institutions. We deliver mobile device management, mobile application management and desktop computer management solutions from the Azure cloud. Using Intune, organizations can provide employees with access to corporate applications, data and resources from virtually anywhere, on platforms such as Windows, iOS, Android and others, all while helping to keep corporate information secure. Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated engineer with strong computer science fundamentals who bring fresh ideas and can help define and build the next generation of cloud-based services to power the rapid growth of our customers. You will work on the latest technologies in Cloud computing to solve major technical challenges like high elastic scale, working with big data and innovate on a world class distributed systems platform. You will infuse machine learning to our services by leveraging the latest in azure machine learning platform and help extract insightful data that will make a strong business impact. As a key member of the product technical team, you will be working with business and technical partners to influence our overall product strategy. We strongly believe in rapid iterative development process with lots of scope for experimentation. You will be spearhead strategic and critical projects involving high-performance design, extremely optimized coding in a fast-paced agile development environment. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • A BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of programming experience writing code in Java, C++, C#, or C or other object-oriented programming language
  • Experience developing and testing computer software and/or online services
  • Strong coding, debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms
  • Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team
  • Expertise in web or mobile application development
  • Expertise in relational databases, distributed systems and/or big data technologies
  • Experience in developing large scale services
  • Experience in Machine Learning fundamentals is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus
