The Azure App Configuration is an Azure service that allows users to manage configuration within the cloud. Users can create app configuration hubs to store key-value settings and consume stored settings from applications, in the deployment pipelines, in release processes, or among the microservices. We’re building providers for each type of application to simply programming models. We build native integrations with major Azure resources.
We’re looking for talented engineers who are passionate about cloud technology and are interested in solving issues in this particular space for configuration, dynamic feature flag, etc. This engineering team is in Developer Division under the Cloud and AI (C+AI) business group. Configuration exists in all kinds of programming languages, applications, systems and environments. The team is responsible to build a highly scale, reliable and low latency service that can enable customers’ need of configuration in all scenarios.
We look into the pain points customers are facing in every scenario and provide end to end solutions one at time. Your domain knowledge in various areas, especially with configuration can be a valuable addition to the team.
We expect engineers to write high-quality code and tests, and own the DevOps lifecycle. We value different perspectives on the problems that we face and encourage people to have visibility to all aspects of our product.
5 years of software development experience
Working knowledge of web and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
BS in CS/CE or related technical discipline required
Great communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving skill, can work independently
Excellent coding and designing skills
