Reporting to the Dynamics 365 Product Group COO, this Principal PM role will be responsible for assisting with product strategy, roadmap development, messaging, and positioning in broad terms. The role will lead and drive analyst engagement across the relevant application areas within the business applications space and assess and improve our GTM motions and impact. You will work very closely with the engineering application leaders as well as the respective marketing leaders.


Experience leading teams in a global SaaS environment

2+ years of ERP experience

10+ years of technical experience with the ability to collaborate in-depth with technical leadership

Ability to frame and analyze complex problems and articulate a strategy for the organization

Ability to collaborate, communicate, and effectively influence a broad spectrum of people in business and technical domains

Ability to listen to internal partner requirements, properly prioritize, and deliver a plan that satisfies the highest expectations.

Experience working in an agile, experimentation-oriented environment

Vast experience across Social, Mobile, Collaboration, Analytics, and Cloud platforms preferred

Must possess strong penchant for action. Must have the ability to cut through organizational complexity and get the job done.

A B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
