Microsoft Federal serves the U.S. Government (USG), allowing Microsoft to support the growing government business. The organization supports the capabilities and requirements to service USG through direct sales, contracting, and billing with the USG. Microsoft Federal entity will meet obligations of manage contracts with the USG through six business teams and three enablement teams.

Within Microsoft Federal Services, the U.S. Delivery Center, (USDC) Center of Excellence, (COE) in Las Colinas, TX is responsible for the remote delivery of services offerings for our U.S. Federal customers. Our goal is to drive high Customer satisfaction for all deliveries, with a cross-functional team of Consultants supporting cloud adoption across M365, Azure and D365 and specific to the Government cloud environments.
We are looking for Consultants to join our USDC Modern Work (MW) COE team! Help support and serve customers with their enterprise and cloud modernization needs. Looking for innovators who are motivated to learn and grow your professional and technical depth with our dynamic team.
- Ramp onto technology offerings and solutions by following training plans and team cross-training to execute on delivery.
- Collaborate with team members on projects, leveraging technical skills and communications that align to client culture and business rhythm.
- Ability to work with independent assignments or in a team depending on the needs of the customer project.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Limited travel requirement
At least 2 years of professional experience preferred in one or more Modern Work technical areas:
- Collaboration (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Communication (Skype, Teams)
- Messaging (Exchange)
- Endpoint Management/Deployment (SCCM, Intune, MDM/MAM)
- Application Management/Deployment (Win10, Office ProPlus)
- Experience with Federal Government Customers, their processes and use of technologies.
- Secondary skills in programming language toolsets such as C#, .NET, Java, Angular and/or NodeJS
- Experience with SCRUM / Agile based team processes and workstyle
- Microsoft O365 or Azure Certifications are a plus!

Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.
