Key Responsibilities: 

Research customer scenarios and user needs

Contribute to defining the overall strategy, priorities and roadmap forlearningfeaturesassigned to you
Own the backlog and deliverables, with clear prioritization, and an urgency for shipping
Collaborate with design and internal/external partners to ensure our UI is polished, modern, and consistent 
Plan for product reviews with engineering team and planning reviews with executive leadership
Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree  
5+ years of program managementor relevantexperience 



Preferred Qualifications: 

A growth hacker with passion for solving user problems backed with sharp analysis of data 
The ability to wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction when needed 
The ability to think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities 
Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment 
Strongproject management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills 
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical 
Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas 
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
