As a Group Engineering Manager on the MEM-Intune team, you will lead multiple engineering teams delivering key infrastructure and features that empower our teams and our customers. You will lead a strong team of Engineering Managers and Software Engineers providing technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership while fostering a culture of growth mindset and inclusion.

Job qualifications:

Skills and requirements that are essential for this role

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage
  • 5+ years of organizational leadership and team development
  • Deep technical aptitude including experience developing large scale online services
  • Strong product leadership to set clear goals for feature areas and lead the team through rapid product cycles
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms
  • Great analytical skills and can leverage insights to drive product improvement and new features
  • Excellent written, communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us

Preferred experience:

  • Experience as manager, mentor, or leader of other managers

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
