As a Senior Program Manager on our team, you will lead the effort to make access governance so easy and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows and experiences that users automatically do the right thing every time. You will envision and develop brand-new capabilities in Azure AD to enable scenarios across Office, Microsoft Teams, Azure resources, custom applications, and more. You will frequently interact with customers and partner teams and collaborate with world-class engineers and designers to ensure that we deliver solutions that delight customers and address their pain points. You will work on an exciting, real-time, highly available and massive-scale cloud service that protects organizations and empowers their users.

- 3+ years experience in program management, product management, or similar role defining and creating new software features
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong empathy for customers, partners, and teammates
- Ability to showcase customer focus in defining and delivering features and products that drive high customer satisfaction and engagement
- Ability to prioritize features and plan across inputs from customers, business, and partners
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
