This role:

Help us scale our offering out to more social learners and creators around the world,working to render meaningful insights about new audiences, and partneringclosely withourengineering, design, and communityteams todefine and delivera portfolio ofsolutionareas for learnersthat accrue progress against our core mission above.


  • Drive product work across multipleplatformsand releasesusing agile practices
  • Identify new opportunities based on customer insights and the product strategy
  • Develop comprehensive plans that align engineering efforts to the opportunities you identify
  • Plan,facilitate, and communicateproject scoping, execution, issue tracking, and customer adoption
  • Assess and communicate outproject progressacrossstakeholder groups
  • Able to quickly define and redefine workflows to ensure project timelines are met and quality ensured
  • Iterate on the solutions you pursue based on feedback and learnings until results are achieved


  • Minimum of10years ofend user-facing product PMexperience
  • Mastery ofleadingsoftwareand/or servicedevelopment lifecycles and partnerships with engineering teams
  • Mastery of execution against product and engineering program timelines and logistics
  • Accomplished diplomatmanaging partnerships, negotiation, and conflictresolution using honed communicationand presentation skills
  • A sizable portfolio of successtranslating customer insights into measurable success and meaningful impact
