Our team delivers business applications for the Commercial Endpoint Management Customer Experience Engineering (CEM CxE) group within Microsoft. We are building our applications running on Azure & Dynamics CRM that pull together data from various sources, enabling us to effectively coordinate our engineering interactions with customers and analyze feedback for action. We are looking for a Program Manager who will help define the features, collaborate across disciplines, and drive the execution plan for critical features within our existing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system. The right candidate will possess a strong Program Management background, will have demonstrated experience creating, evolving, and communicating feature area specifications, proactively manage upstream and downstream dependencies, will overcome obstacles, and will have a well-rounded technical background on data engineering and preferred knowledge/experience on Dynamics CRM and PowerApps, logic apps, Azure Data Factory and other integration tools. The role also requires working with vendor teams, available onsite and offshore to deliver required features.
3+ years of Engineering or Program Management experience
1+ years of Technical Program or Product Management experience in data related technologies
Great understanding of Dynamics 356, Power Platform and CRM design is essential for this position.
A background driving features from start to finish - definition, scope/prioritization, creating functional specs, driving feature teams, incorporating feedback
Great organization, time management, focus, and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated success building strong relationships and delivering results in cross-group projects.
Is customer obsessed and passionate about creating great end user experiences.
Working experience with vendors and offshore team management.
