We are inviting you to join the Bing Ads Marketplace Team. We are team of Program Managers and Analysts who are responsible for managing the marketplace across Search and Native ad platforms. We continuously monitor the performance of each publisher across multiple different aspects like Advertiser, user and monetization to work towards a holistic platform solution. The team also works in close coordination with the Engineering team to build and ship next generation algorithms. This team is also responsible for managing shipping of new features into the market and evaluating the key metrics impact around these feature changes. The team collaborates with multiple teams within and outside of Ads Team as part of One Microsoft.
We are looking for high-energy, creative data geek who is willing to work in a dynamic environment. In this role, you would love to solve ambiguous problems through analyzing big data. You are expected to learn & understand the MSN Native ads ecosystem, its various interactions and key performance drivers. You will enjoy and be successful in this role if you are curious and willing to challenge the status-quo and coming up with scientific solutions to real life problems.
The responsibilities in this role include driving projects, mentoring junior members of the team, connect & collaborate with partner teams in research and deeper analytics.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related disciplines. PhD is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in applications of machine learning, data science and analysis
- 3+ years of statistical modeling experience
- 3+ years of experience in at least one of programming languages like Python/R/MATLAB/C#/Java/C++
