Identity Customer Experience Team is looking for an experienced Executive Business Administrator to support and report to the Partner Director of the IDCxP organization. This position will support the Partner Director and a team of 200+ FTE, with team members located globally.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and professionally at all levels. The candidate will need to work effectively, prioritize tasks and take appropriate action, and work without significant oversight or instruction.
To be successful, the candidate will have the ability to anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks and make decisions across the business group. The candidate will be able to work closely with other admins within the larger Identity organization and able to build effective working relationships and accommodate work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to maintaining Director Partner calendar, data tracking for team meetings, organizing team morale events, coordinate office space management, coordinating catering, assisting and supporting team projects, tracking budgets and performing fundamental administrative tasks.
Partner and provide support to the Partner Director and directs, including managing a wide variety of tasks/projects, planning and coordinating travel, and keeping the IDCxP LT informed of changes to business operations processes and policies.
Provide organizational support, including, CPH budget tracking, morale events, DL management, space and other tasks/projects.
Manage new employee onboarding , and procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, asset tracking, and facility requests.
Support active management of vendor budget, purchase order processing, IDCXPLT expense report interim submission for Partner Director and ensure expense policy compliance across the teams.
Partner with Partner Director and directs on All Hands meetings by managing agenda, presentation content, and logistics including location planning and support for offsite
Exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in communicating information
Build and maintain high quality business relationships with executives, business partners, and the IDLT EA and IDADMIN teams
Utilize MS internal applications such as Employee Central, Da Vinci, iCims, MS Space, MyOrder, MS Travel, MS Expense, and similar tools to manage the business

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years demonstrated administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
