Job Description

TITLE: Manager Business Analyst

DUTIES: Discover Products Inc., seeks Manager Business Analyst in Riverwoods, IL to define project scope, plans, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Business Technology (BT), management and stakeholders. Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Mentor and supervise project team members. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Improve the project portfolio management and provide tracking and reporting. Implement project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards in order to establish a stable framework that supports all project teams and stakeholders to improve the probability of successful project delivery. Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering (any), or a related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or related position: defining project scope, plans, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business, management and stakeholders; improving project portfolio management process, methods, tools, guidelines and standards; mentoring, communicating and managing projects with internal teams; and utilizing technologies including JIRA, HP ALM, Tableau, Teradata, SQL, and MS Project. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent and four (4) years of experience in the above listed skills.
