We build OneDrive for consumers, schools, and businesses. We create experiences to access your files and collaborate safely and securely across Windows, Mac, web, mobile, and 3rd parties. OneDrive serves hundreds of millions of users and is one of the largest cloud services in the world.
We build SharePoint. SharePoint is the world’s most successful content management solution. It is the foundation of the modern intranet and powers content services and collaboration across Office 365, which serves hundreds of millions of users around the globe.
We are a diverse team of program managers and data scientists. We offer experiences from building consumer mobile features to developer experiences to large scale distributed systems. We are data informed and hypothesis driven and measure our outcomes to prove we deliver value to customers. We partner closely with a talented and senior set of engineers, designers, and researchers. Most of our team is local to Redmond, Washington. We also work with peers in Europe & Asia. We all contribute directly to OneDrive & SharePoint.

Our operational intelligence team is responsible for empowering OneDrive and SharePoint to use best-in-class product health instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting. We are relentless in ensuring our product health monitoring is robust and mature in order to meet the expectations of our customers around the globe. The team operates against a massively distributed service which generates millions of requests per second and has ingressed several exabytes of customer generated content. The work in this space bleeds into the broader Azure ecosystem that our customers use and rely upon too.
We’re looking for a talented program manager who is passionate about improving and maintaining the health and scale of our services. You’ll help define the vision and strategy for this space. You’ll partner closely with engineering, security teams, internal teams, and external companies to protect our customers and improve their experience. You’ll work at cloud-scale with real-time monitoring systems across more than 1,000 engineers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to share your work with the broader community through blog posts, speaking at conferences, and cross-team exercises.
- 5+ years of software experience with cloud platforms
- A track-record of owning technical and architectural decisions for a software or hardware product
- The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers
- The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal
