We are looking for someone to lead our go-to-market programs (GTM) for Microsoft 365.
The ideal candidate speaks the language of our commercial customers, has the skillset to translate needs in clearly defined marketing programs and sales plays, orchestrating across a broad set of teams.
In this role you will own our portfolio of marketing programs and plays designed to enable Modern Work, Security & Surface to enable sales teams deliver impact needed to achieve revenue and growth goals with our customers globally.
You will be spending time to listen to customers and sellers to understand their needs to support their digital transformation. Using insights to develop and execute GTM programs and sales plays, you will be at the core of our Microsoft 365 GTM strategy. This is an opportunity to work on scaling new marketing investments to grow Microsoft 365 by partnering across a variety of functions such as Finance, Business Planning, Segment stakeholders, Product Marketing and more.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeve type of job, helping us accelerate our customer acquisition, M365 E3 and E5 seat expansion and up-sell motions.
- Own our portfolio of Modern Work programs and plays designed to enable our sellers.
- Built and execute GTM programs needed to meet Revenue & Growth objectives
- Partner with Finance, Business Planning, Segment stakeholders, PMM and lead the orchestration to get programs & initiatives defined.
- Understanding of customers' needs to support their digital transformation.
- 7-10 years of Enterprise marketing experience
