As part of the Employee Skilling organization, the Manager Skills Program Manager will define, develop, and implement capability programs that enable managers to empower their team by bringing out the best in them. This includes understanding the knowledge and skills needs across manager roles, defining an integrated curriculum, building fun and creative learning experiences to develop the capabilities and measuring the business impact. This role will focus on the CE&S Manager roles, will own multiple learning programs, and will work closely with key internal stakeholders across WWL, HR, role owners, and the field.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate learning needs working closely with role owners and enablement teams.
  • Build curriculum that will advance the manager knowledge, skills and capabilities across roles, enabling them to be more coach-like, embody Model/Coach/Care in their conversations, and drive business success with their team.
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve the manager learning programs.
  • Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, to define and implement an innovative approach to building needed capabilities in order to exceed business goals.
  • Actively engage in the manager communities and lead readiness discussions with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in Instructional design and content development.
  • Build and continuously test and assess the content usage, proposing and implementing improvements based on data.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of Learning & Development experience, or, 5+ years of Product or Program management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple stakeholders to deliver global solutions.

Preferred

  • Learning & development expertise in various learning approaches and modern modalities (eg. formal & informal learning, in person & virtual, coaching, practice, simulations, etc.).
  • Coaching certification or industry equivalent.
  • Executive communication skills and experience communicating with and reporting to senior leaders across multiple disciplines; ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple stakeholders to deliver global solutions.
  • Self-starter with proven results building and executing program plans with measurement results.
  • Agility – ability to shift from strategic to tactical depending on the needs of the day and the audience.
  • Ability to travel globally 10-20%
