The Windows Virtual Desktop team is looking for an experienced PM leader to help build and toneourteam’scustomer obsession muscle. As a fast-growing service that supports boththe Azure and M365 businesses, wehave awealthof customer touchpointstodraw uponas we improve the service.

Onour team you will:

  • Createandmaintainteam-wide working relationshipswith keycustomer experiencepartnersincludingAzure Global,WVDGlobal Black Belts,M365CATteam,Fast Track,andSupport.
  • Establishbestpractices across WindowsVirtualDesktopPM team forgatheringcustomer&partnerinputtodrive prioritization inourproduct plans.
  • Formalize a rhythm of customer & partner connectionacross the team.
  • Driveconsistency inrepresentingthe voice of our customers in internal team reviews andexecdiscussions.
  • Ensureourmost engagedcustomers have clear lines ofcommunication with theteam with a focus on quality of service and drivinglong termgrowth.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • 10+ years of Program/Technical Product Management experience
  • Passion and experience for solving enterpriseproblems
  • Experience working with customers and driving productrequirements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to dive into details and drive decisions to resolveissues
