Job Overview

<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Reporting to the Manager of Transfer Pricing, the candidate will be part of a highly motivated global tax team. The candidate will be immersed in a global culture of learning, supported by a talented team giving you the skills and knowledge to succeed in our industry. The Tax Analyst will be an active participant in implementing transfer pricing policies, supporting the book close process, documenting intercompany transactions, and supporting business initiatives from a tax perspective. Under the guidance of the transfer pricing group, the Tax Analyst will also be responsible for transfer pricing practices for all intercompany transactions, documentation and tax audit assistance.   • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Responsible for extracting data from various internal systems and performing financial and statistical analysis.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Design complex financial models to analyze and price intercompany transactions for products, services and intellectual property.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Coordinate, monitor, prepare and implement US and non-US transfer pricing documentation studies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Undertake in-depth company, industry and market research.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Perform external comparable searches utilizing various transfer pricing applications.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Support operational improvements using tools as established under TE’s continuous improvement methodology.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Support TE initiatives to research and analyze OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) actions.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Present results to both internal and external audiences.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Assist with on-going transfer pricing projects as requested.
Job Requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, or related field or foreign equivalent and 2-4 years of Accounting or Finance experience; OR
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, or related field or foreign equivalent and 0-2 years of Accounting or Finance experience.
Preferred Requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Experience in working large volumes of data with strong Excel and other database skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Experience with SAP, Hyperion/HFM and Business Objects is preferred.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Strong technical skills in finance, economics, statistics, accounting and/or a related discipline.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Attention to details, ability to manage time and work flow and work on multiple assignments.
