Do you want to be on the leading edge of product development? Do you love bringing SaaS services to the market? Do you have a burning desire to combine cutting edge machine learning, big connected data and fluid user experiences to deliver solutions to hard business problems like fraud protection, demand planning and supply chain optimization? Do you aspire to become a product leader that drives impact though personal capability as well as collaboration? Do you care deeply about work culture and inclusion, and think about enabling the success of others as much as you think of your own success? Then our team may just be the right fit for you!

We are part of the Dynamics Product Group in in Business Applications Group. Our SaaS product Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection (DFP) has been in market for a year and is the winner of the 2020 Juniper Research award for AI in Cybersecurity Innovation ( It is causing a paradigm shift in the fraud protection industry though its innovative use of adaptive ML and data consortium, and is attracting customers from a wide swathe of digitally transformed businesses, such as gaming, retail, financial services, food services and even state and local governments!

As COVID19 has dramatically impacted the worldwide economy, it has decisively driven customer engagement and commerce to online portals. It is as if several years’ worth of digital transformation happened suddenly in a matter of months. In this new world, the need for protection from fraud and abuse is very acute, and DFP is positioned perfectly to be the holistic tool of choice to help modern businesses protect themselves from fraud while keeping their doors open for legitimate customers. The COVID19 experience has also laid bare the inadequacies of modern supply chains as evidenced by the acute shortages of products ranging from essentials such as PPEs and mask, to the mundane such as tissue paper and bicycles. What has become clear is that supply chains need to be reengineered not just for efficiency but also for agility and resiliency. With the strong backing from our senior leadership, our team is therefore also working on a new set of innovative products that will revolutionize demand planning and supply chain visibility, just as DFP revolutionized fraud protection.

With a such a sweeping vision to execute, we are looking to expand and bring the best talent on board. Most importantly, the candidate should care deeply about customer success, and should be willing to rely on data driven measurement of KPI attainment to guide all aspects of product management. As a Principal, we expect you to be the “complete package” – someone who can scale though others by inspiring and gathering people in support of your vision, someone who can “see around corners” to keep minor issues from boiling over into major challenges, and someone who is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion.
