What We Do
We build OneDrive applications and M365 files experiences for consumers, schools, and businesses. We create experiences to access your files and collaborate safely and securely across Windows, Mac, web, mobile, and 3rd parties. OneDrive serves hundreds of millions of users and is one of the leading cloud services in the world.
We are a diverse team of program managers. We offer opportunities from building customer facing features to large scale technical engineering / distributed systems. We are data informed and hypothesis driven and measure our outcomes to prove value created for our customers. We partner closely with a talented set of data analysts, engineers, designers, and researchers. Much of our team is local to Redmond, Washington and we also work with peers in Europe & Asia. We all contribute directly to OneDrive & SharePoint.

The FILE Web and Namespace team is responsible for delivering a world-class experience for OneDrive consumer & commercial web experiences and SharePoint document libraries. We are accountable to deliver customer and business success by winning fans, building loyalty, and creating subscribers. We focus our investments across generating customer delight through new feature value, product craftmanship to create highly performant, easy to use, and reliable experiences, deep M365 product integrations and partnerships, and driving our key funnels to convert newly acquired users to healthy customers and paid subscribers.
We’re looking for a talented program manager with a passion for building product, deep customer obsession, the ability to forge strong cross-org partnerships to achieve common aspirations, a desire to drive for progress using data-driven methodology and validation through experimentation, and a drive to make our customers and our business successful. You’ll build solutions that bring together user experience, data insights, services, and system thinking to solve hard product challenges. This is a highly collaborative role with emphasis on partnership across PM, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver impact together.
- 4 or more years of experience as a Program or Product manager, Software Engineer, Designer, or related discipline
- BS in Computer Science (or related field)
- Experience launching successful products or features
- The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers
- The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over customers
