Microsoft Federal serves the U.S. Government (USG), allowing Microsoft to support the growing government business. The organization supports the capabilities and requirements to service USG through direct sales, contracting, and billing with the USG. Microsoft Federal entity will meet obligations of manage contracts with the USG through six business teams and three enablement teams.

The Business Applications Group is a rapidly growing organization that is responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI , Azure Logic Apps and functions.
We are looking for an Enterprise Dynamics 365 CE Technical Developer who has a mix of hands on experience on Customer Relationship Management Software (Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, Siebel, SFDC, Pivotal and SAP CRM), and supporting Microsoft
The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Development with expertise in C#,.Net, SQL. The candidate should be proficient in application
customization using Dynamics 365 development tools, troubleshooting intricate
technical problems and application performance bottlenecks. The role requires
the ability to work directly with Microsoft Customers, Business Partners, and
Product teams to create Dynamics 365 solutions that meet/exceed customer needs
across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 common data model. Strong technical and problem-solving skills combined with demonstrated result-driven approach in all development related activities. This position will be involved in some of the largest, most complex, and most strategic projects for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the customer, which is demonstrated through professionalism. The role requires an individual, who can thrive in ambiguity, is self-motivated, resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skilled expectation management.
Ability to develop solutions for customers using Dynamics 365 or other relevant CRM systems
Experience in delivering 2-3 enterprise implementations or equivalent
Understands a configure first approach to software develop on a platform
Technically proficient to develop customizations for Dynamics 365
Ability to independently handle technical tasks
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to analyze, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Ability to translate functional designs to configure and develop on the Dynamics 365 platform
Proficient in delivery methodology (SureStep365 preferable)
Build and deploy the delivery of a solution
Experience in delivering end to end implementations
Dynamics 365 and Azure certified
Dynamics 365 Configuration and Customization experience: including CRM Plugins, Custom Workflows, Integration, Client-side custom code (CRM 2015/2016 or equivalent CRM Product Experience)
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model.Net Framework (WCF, Web API, MVC,)
Object Oriented Programming and design experience
Design Patterns and UML
SQL programming knowledge
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.
Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.
