As Manager, Partner Sales U.S., you will have the opportunity to own broad, US wide initiatives while also rolling-up your sleeves and helping to build our most strategic partner relationships. This is a dynamic leadership role that will challenge you as both an entrepreneur and a leader, where you will work with Samsara Partners across segments - resale, fleet management, strategic referral - enabling Samsara to grow its Fleet business and bring the benefits of sensor data to customers via these important new channels. Activities will include team building/hiring, relationship building/management from the C-suite down, program building/execution, marketing, training & partner enablement.
- 7+ years sales experience with consistent, documented overachievement
- 5+ years partnership/channel management experience
- 2+ years in leadership
- Experience in hiring/building a US channel/sales team
- Experience coaching early in career sales + channel reps
- Experience in building channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with building sales training and enablement programs
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Reference-able experience building, executing and iterating on measurable engagements from the ground-up

Employees are also able to work from countries and states where Samsara is a registered entity through June 2021. All employees are expected to return to our offices when they reopen with the exception of field-based roles.
