We are a small but growing team that is developing a cloud based application running on Azure that helps teams in Microsoft to manage various categories of spend (in billions) more effectively. We are developing the application with a goal to decentralize budget planning, spend management and forecasting activities and empower engineering and other teams to manage and track their spend with ease. Our application ingests millions of records of transactional data and helps make sense of information buried in traditional ERP systems. With rapid adoption of the solution, we are now building additional features and partnering with various teams in Microsoft to build integration with variety of other platforms and applications including Azure spend.

You will be part of the team responsible for building next generation intelligent financial spend management application that is changing the way how things are done at Microsoft. We are looking for a high energy, communicative, technically savvy PM, who can dive into code and work closely with a team of agile and nimble software engineers. You're the type of person that cares about the value we bring to the customers, you can partner with various teams across the company, and solve challenging problems with creative solutions. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively in a team atmosphere and able to forge relationships with partners inside and outside of Microsoft.   • 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager developing customer-facing solutions, preferably at cloud-scale
  • Expertise in database technology with solid understanding and hands-on skills with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, replication, database mirroring
  • Working knowledge of modern database technologies and analytical tools like Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Data Bricks, Spark, Azure ML
  • Experience managing projects with multiple work streams and partners; demonstrated strategic planning abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to impact & influence key stakeholders


  • Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#
