As Business Manager, you will work along side senior leadership to drive strategy and execution for the Worldwide Learning Engineering organization.


In this role, you will drive cross-organization business management and support the Worldwide Learning Engineering leadership team in support of strategic execution of our core portfolio deliverables and culture initiatives while also facilitating improvements in team productivity and capability. More specifically, you will:

  • Lead and orchestrate strategic planning, priorities, and fiscal-year budgeting activities
  • Support annual and ongoing budget, headcount, and spend activities in partnership with finance
  • Establish rhythm of the business and communications management and execution
  • Ensure effective budget management and forecasting
  • Partner with leadership to establish employee recognition, feedback, and other organization cultural activities
  • Collaborate within the broader organization’s community of business managers in support of organizational needs
  • Coordinate, participate, and support key events for the organization, inclusive of the end to end experience and budget

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required and/or experience in relevant fields (e.g.: business, information technology, operations, project management, finance)
  • 1+ years of experience with defining and executing communication plans and measuring results
  • 3+ years of project management experience that involve risk management, communication, task management, budgeting, and change management
  • 4+ years professional work experience
  • Great analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to listen and collaborate well

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving and managing financial processes including forecasting, budget management, and fiscal year planning
