The Microsoft Store has become one of the largest worldwide retailers of Microsoft products and is poised for significant growth in the next five years. To fuel our continued growth, we are seeking a Product Launch Program Manager who will be responsible for overall project management support of omni-channel launches of critical products. Project management efforts will encompass communications, stakeholder alignment, milestones, issue and risk tracking. This is high visibility, high impact role that is critical to ensuring flawlessly executed and successful launches.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all workstream action items, milestones, issue and risk mitigations to achieve measure project and initiative objectives.
  • Ensure all compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Streamline process and communications related to launches and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish and drive clarity of plan of record, oversee and enforce change management process.
  • Manage rhythm of the business communications and reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of program management, e-commerce, business operations or other related and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impact individually and through cross-group collaboration
  • Successfully able to navigate and drive results in highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills coordinating deliverables across several stakeholders and organizations
  • High level of organization, strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Solid relationship, communication skills for working at senior managers and individual contributor groups.
  • Executive presence and business maturity suitable to engaging with senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven determination and work ethic.
  • Track record of driving results with integrity.
