The mission of the Dynamics 365 Insights Apps AI team within the Business Application Group is to unlock and maximize the value of customer data with insights which aim to inform business professionals to grow their businesses with actionable insights, to make more informed decisions with the right information and to reduce cost and time by automating their data processes. We are a diverse team of talented product managers and engineers with expertise in delivering scalable products which leverage many other Azure technologies. We collaborate with multiple product teams in delivering AI technology. We are looking for a highly motivated, and innovative Group Program Manager (GPM) to help us lead the development of AI technologies in the enterprise business space. The GPM role will be instrumental in defining and evolving the vision of AI within our Insights Apps, which includes the Customer Data Platform. As GPM, you will lead a team of AI-focused Product Managers to (1) deliver AI insights into Insights Apps products, (2) meet with customers to educate and sell the value of our AI capabilities, (3) bring thought leadership to the AI capabilities in becoming the go-to person in our broader team for ideas of new AI tech our team can deliver, & (4) lead and grow a strong, technical product management team while also working in concert with our data science and AI SWE team. In this role, you will own and drive all aspects of the AI product strategy for Insights Apps (strategy, customer engagement, customer success, measurement/metrics to define success, execution).

We seek a GPM who is passionate about building complete, production-quality AI features, with a scalable set of features which allow rapid expansion of usage and high performance over broader usage of our Insights product.


8+ years of product management and prior leadership experience, with product experience on AI and insights technology preferred.

Degree(s) in CS, EE or equivalent work experience

Strong cross team collaboration experience and management of a product team important as well.
