The Employee Experience team is looking for a strong Release/Project Manager to manage a large program that will involve multiple product teams coming together to deliver a suite for enterprise customers. This role will provide end-to-end program oversight, through disciplined and rigorous application of project management processes. This role will be responsible for driving strong planning, monitoring, reporting and communicating rhythms to keep the program’s stakeholders aligned, informed and accountable. Candidate’s attributes include process discipline, execution excellence, a learning mindset and a bias for action.

Responsibilities

Plan and monitor

  • Drive quarterly planning cadence across multiple teams involved in the Employee Experience program
  • Drive status, issue and risk tracking rhythms, like product shiprooms, across multiple product and area stakeholders
  • Assess, propose, and implement innovative ideas to drive excellence in execution and process improvement

Communicate and report

  • Own rhythm of business communications to keep stakeholders aligned and in the know
  • Create, own and disseminate reports that are critical to the program’s success
  • Drive reporting data hygiene and operational excellence
  • Build strong relationships across diverse set of organizations as you achieve project deliverables, establish best practices, and deliver results against success criteria

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of program/project/release management experience in IT product organizations

Experience managing a portfolio of diverse and cross-functional programs, projects and initiatives

Strong knowledge of SDLC and a track record of working closely with engineering teams

Well versed with popular project management tools and methodologies like Gantt charts, Scrum, VSTS/Azure DevOps, etc.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises


Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment

PMI® credentials in PMP®, CAPM®/ PgMP®

Experience managing HR, Learning, Human Capital Management or related projects
Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment
