To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university or equivalent degree required.
Significant level of relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required. This position will be the Service Manager for the in-shop and field service engine departments at the Omaha branch.
Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
Action oriented and ability to handle conflict situations effectively.
Customer focused; building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Strong financial acumen; interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet organizational goals.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
