Software Engineer - Principal

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- 10 years of Full Stack software development experience, preferably using Java and Python.
- Experienced in development on AWS or other cloud technologies (Azure and/or Google Cloud).
Expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
Ability to produce bullet-proof code that is fault-tolerant, efficient and maintainable.
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Understanding of SDLC best practices and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling
Extensive experience developing applications for multi-cloud solutions
Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
