Cloud Engineer - IT Infrastructure Engineering and Automation

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Highly technical and analytical, 4 years of IT implementation experience in infrastructure engineering and automation/DevOps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Experience with creating reference architectures, implementation, and system design documentation.
  • Experience with SCCM, Cloud Formation, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Puppet, Ansible, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • 2 years of hands on programming skills (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
  • 2 years with cloud management platform (e.g. CloudBolt Software, VMware vRealize Automation, OpenStack)
  • One or more cloud certifications(AWS Professional Certifications, Azure Professional Certifications, Oracle Cloud Certifications)
  • Proficient in key database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) clustering, replication, database encryption, and performance tuning
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
