We are looking for a talented Plant Manager to join our team specializing in Sales and Service for our Distribution Segment in New Hudson, MI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
-Managing and leading a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.
-Lead and develop relationships to meet customer needs.
-Manages and leads all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements.
-Coach and develop plant staff while developing the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant.
-Leads the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain.
-Drives internal cross-functional interactions.
-Ability to develop talent - Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.
-Operating Team Cross-Functional Excellence - Distinguishes the roles and responsibilities of operating team members and facilitates frequent technical and administrative discussions with the team to identify improvement opportunities within a manufacturing facility.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
