Come join the Microsoft 365 team and lead product marketing for an exciting new area for Microsoft that focuses on the dynamic and fast-growing Employee Experience category.

Most leaders realize it’s their people that drive success and business results, but in hybrid work environments it’s harder than ever to connect and engage with employees, to drive culture change, to upskill workers, and to ensure the wellbeing of your teams. What was once an HR-only priority has shifted to be an imperative for every C-suite and business leader, and analysts are forecasting EX to grow substantially over the next 5 years to $200B in software, services, and infrastructure.

With Microsoft’s leadership in productivity, high engagement surfaces in Office and Microsoft Teams, data from the Microsoft Graph and a strong ecosystem of partners, we have a unique opportunity to bring together employee communications, knowledge, learning, well-being, and insights into an integrated employee experience to empower people and teams to be their best. Microsoft already has strong EX products today, including SharePoint, Glint, Yammer, Workplace Analytics, and Stream.
