We are looking for an experienced program manager leader to help chart the future for Microsoft Azure. We are part of the core Azure compute team and enable customers to manage at scale their hybrid environment. This position is to help drive a new Arc initiative. You will be part of a team that is building large scale software projects in an open source model.

You will drive initiatives and explore whitespaces within existing products and new products and bring concepts from ideation to execution

Oversee delivery of end to end customer scenarios in partnership with the development team and deep engagements with customers and partners.

Development of strategy, analytics capabilities, driving business insights and market analysis

To succeed in this role, you should be a self starter, have the ability to rationalize across multiple technology areas, have technical and analytical skills, excellent cross-group collaboration, and a passion for customers. You should also have a track record of delivery, preferably in a services environment. Finally, you should be able to demonstrate both creativity and the ability to deliver on new ideas.


Basic Qualifications:

7+ years of technical program management or product management

4+ years of experience shipping products/services

1+ years of Kubernetes experience

BA/BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering or related technical disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

Great presentation skills

Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to lead and motivate a high-energy team

Strong technical background and solid foundation in software or platform engineering principles and architecture design

Hands-on coding experience

Strong cross-team collaboration skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
