Location: B-F Headquarters is in Louisville, KY however, we are considering candidates across the US for a remote work from home set-up.

Why does this job exist?

This role will support the implementation and administration of information security policies, practices, procedures, and technologies in order to ensure the protection of networks, systems, applications, and data.

What you can expect:

  • Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and propose mitigation

  • Identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects.

  • Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats.

  • Recommend and assist in the design of security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge.

  • Design, build and implement enterprise-class security systems for a production environment.

  • Recommend and assist in creating solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements.

  • Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business, technology strategy and regulatory compliance.

  • Use knowledge of current security trends and understanding of emerging security practices to develop security strategy.

  • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams to influence a security mindset in overall information technology strategy.

  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience OR 12+ years of experience in IT Security or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in network and cloud security, including hardware configuration, protocols and standards.

  • Experience with regulatory frameworks, primarily PCI DSS and SOX.

  • Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF, ISO 27001.

  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools.

  • Knowledge of encryption tools and mechanisms like PKI, P2P encryption and tokenization.

What sets you apart:

  • Certifications in CCIE, SCYBER, CGEIT, CISM, CISSP, CPTE preferred.

Salary Grade: 30
