Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.

We're on the hunt for a seasoned product management leader to pioneer a unified buyer experience at Atlassian. Much of how we operate mimics a consumer company— products sold via credit card on the web, tens of millions of end users (and rabid fans) and a substantial target audience. You’ll have the unique opportunity to take world-class consumer capabilities and apply them to a B2B model – inventing for a next gen B2B marketing and ecommerce experience that is personalized and feels like a service.


  • Own the product vision, strategy and buying experience on www.atlassian.com.
  • Experiment, test and optimize to build a delightful, frictionless and tailored end-to-end experience.
  • Establish a shared vision across the company and driving toward product execution.
  • Partner with product marketing to bring marketing campaigns to life on the site.


  • 10-15+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Strategic planning at a large scale consumer-facing brand with a diverse portfolio.
  • Product management role, creating best-in-class customer and buyer experiences.
  • B2B enterprise software experience highly desired.
  • Passion for operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated bias for action and results, with strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work with senior executives across various geographies.
  • Exceptional people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teams.
  • A clear interest/passion to bring the craft of world class product management into the context of a SaaS Marketing organization to pioneer a new paradigm at the intersection of B2B marketing and ecommerce.
More about you

You are an experienced product leader who has built e-commerce sites for millions of users. Testing and iterating is in your DNA, as is a track record of delivering high impact consumer experiences on time and to specification. You have strong people management skills and are comfortable both managing directly and cross-functionally through influence. Finally, you’re passionate and eager to pioneer a new paradigm of B2B marketing and will bring others along in the journey.
