About the team: 95% of Microsoft’s commercial revenue flows directly through the partner ecosystem. Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization plays a critical role in cloud growth by helping partners build solutions on Microsoft’s cloud, acquire new cloud customers, and co-sell with Microsoft sales teams. At the center of OCP is the Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization, which is responsible for driving new and innovative GTM strategies across Microsoft’s ecosystem.

About the role:

The US OCP GTM team seeks a leader to own the Co-sell program strategy and execution in Enterprise and Regulated industries. In this role, you will take the lead in establishing repeatable co-sell programs that connect our partners with our field sales teams resulting in joint customer value. The goals of these programs are to provide an effective, simplified, and consistent programmatic engagement of how we take partner offers to market.


  • Lead programmatic design and execution of Partner Co-Sell Engines creating efficiency and simplification in the co-sell process for our Enterprise segments.
  • Orchestrate across Microsoft US to create connected strategies tying together marketing plans, account plans, and partner offers that result in true customer value. Take ownership across the full journey to make sure every stage is maximized as part of a repeatable process.
  • Ensure industry integration and ongoing execution co-sell programs develop strong partnerships and collaboration with US OCP Sell-with team and Operating Units.
  • Ensure solution and business priority integration to drive consumption and revenue across three clouds.
  • Act as a catalyst for increasing partner field integration in the Enterprise segments in alignment with the sell with & build with teams.
  • Manage a team of vendor resources to drive co-sell programs across segments.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to drive adoption of the Co-Sell Engines, seek feedback and use to improve, and to create new ideas.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in, partner channel development, sales strategy, or operations.
  • Proven track record in successful marketing/sales programs management
  • Full understanding what it takes to land field sales or partner programs
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving of complex business issues through analytics, data driven insights, organizational skills and sound judgment
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Strategic thinking with demonstrated creative problem solving of complex business issues through analytics, data driven insights, organizational skills and sound judgment

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • MBA desired
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of proficiency across the four Microsoft solution areas
  • People management experience
