Job Description

TITLE: Lead Customer Contact Strategy Specialist

DUTIES: Discover Products Inc., seeks Lead Customer Contact Strategy Specialist in Riverwoods, IL to develop and recommend process improvement opportunities. Manage projects from inception to implementation. Obtain business support, define requirements, authorize project documentation, lead walk throughs, create and execute test cases, and ensure projects meet milestones and timelines. Troubleshoot system issues. Report issue identifications, causes, resolutions, and mitigation to the business and risk management. Guide technical design and development of system implementation projects. Promote a risk aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or related occupation: performing technical product lifecycle development; utilizing Agile methodology; and utilizing technologies including Ab Initio, Unix, Oracle, and Teradata.
