Job Description
Class Start Date: February 15, 2021
Shift Requirement: 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F with weekends
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour plus weekend differential

What You'll Do
Investigates, researches, and analyzes direct and indirect disputes. Documents and responds accurately to credit bureaus, consumers, and attorneys.
Ensures compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Collaborates with managers and decision makers to department goals.
Manages cases and escalates as appropriate.
Bonus Points if You Have
H.S. Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience with Financial Investigations, Customer Service,or related field
A quiet workspace
Internet service with a minimum speed of 5 mbps
Personal smartphone or tablet
Keeping our employees safe is a key focus at Discover. This position is based in our West Valley City, UT call center. Based on the evolving situation with Covid-19, we may ask you to be onsite on day 1 for equipment pickup and New Hire Orientation. From there your training and/or work will be remote until the situation with Covid-19 allows us to move back into our building.
*At Discover’s discretion this position may be work from home and adjusted back to “in office” at any time.
